Running

Before joining DG Fitness Programme, I hate running. I still do but not as much as before. I remember when I first joined a running session with DG Fitness Programme, I could not even run continuously for more than 3 minutes. But Alhamdulillah, now my furthest non-stop run is about 6km. It may not be much but being a non runner and someone who does not enjoy running, its an achievement for yours truly…… So all of you out there, thinking that you cannot run, give it a try…. 🙂

Above picture was taken during a warm up slow jog before our training session. By the way, I still am not a good runner but slowly I’m beginning to like it.
