Lunch is air fried chicken and potatoes, no veggies in the fridge so took a tub of veggie juice and made my favourite tomato salsa.

This was the prize giving from Coach Wadud for the winners of the Tug of War Team during our Beach Workout.
And a great catch-up with fellow DG-ians who came to training ground after their runs. All the best for the coming sun down marathon. It was good to see them and chit chat for a while.
Dinner is boiled eggs minus the yolk plus veggie juice.
