Breakfast is peanut butter and banana on wholemeal bread toast plus 1 tub of veggie juice and as usual had a cup of green tea once I reach office.
My lunch is from Rama Ratu. Nasi keladi, ayam kunyit and some veggies which i top up with a tub of veggie juice.
I had only half of the rice.
This is what the kids had… rendang ayam! Yes I had one piece!
Had a cup of black coffee upon reaching the office. That’s my favourite coffee todate.

Dinner is chicken from TF and veggie juice.
