Breakfast, PB on Multiseed GI Bread and green tea
Lunch is the healthy packed lunch from Rama Ratu. Delicious as always. Who says clean eating has to be boring? This lunch set is prepared by one of my DG sisters. Prepared without any additional salt/oil/sugar. But you have to be quick because its always sold out!
I take only half portion of the rice and don’t take the potatoes as I’m trying to limit my carbs intake. So the husband will eat the balance!!
I had shoulders training with my PT today and also joined FBX session with our awesome Coach Ash.
And to end this productive day, my dinner is air fried chicken which i cooked earlier during lunch and a tub of veggie juice.
