Breakfast again the same. Peanut Butter Wholemeal Toast with Green Tea. So this this the Peanut Butter which I have been taking since last year. Sold at Supa Save and always out of stock. So must stock up.
Was lazy to cook lunch today so had tapau from Jollibee. I had the chicken strips with rice.
Afternoon had black coffee as usual. My schedule for PT at the gym is now 6.30pm so I have some time to rest for a while after returning home from work before heading to the gym. So today was Leg Day. Workout was ok I guess but not as intense as the last two weeks’ legs training (but don’t tell my PT that!)
Dinner was chicken from TF, my veggie juice habis!!! Re-stocking tomorrow.
