Breakfast. Thats beetroot juice from the brother and 2 slices of my favourite bread.
This I bring everyday to work. Left is my green tea and right is my black coffee
Lunch is Nasi keladi, steamed chicken and kailan.
Leg day today at the Gym with my PT (PGA). Came in early and found these 2 strong ladies in action.

So it was leg day today!!
Dinner was just boiled eggs and veggie juice. Should have bought the chicken at TF but was in a hurry.
Movie plan cancelled due to rain. Kids ordered Pizza instead. I had a very ‘small’ slice…..
Oh and guess what came in the mail today?
