Seriously need to get back on track. With the yummy food intake during our Makan Trip and further to my poor diet and exercise regime since past 3 months, I seriously need to get back on track. Weighed myself this morning and ouch….. 71.5kg /39.9% body fat!!

So here’s my breakfast this morning…. #prayforCT

2 slice of wholemeal bread toast (plain), 1 tub of veggie juice, green tea and water (the last two bring to office).

Lunch is Yam Rice with bean sprouts and air fried chicken.
