Here’s what I had yesterday 09.08.2017. I had 2 slices of Multi Grain Low GI Bread with a tub of veggie juice. Packed some fruits to bring to the office. Had my no sugar black coffee once I reached the office and had a slice of pineapple for my mid morning snack. For lunch we had take away from Rama Ratu which was Yam Rice with Black Pepper Chicken and Cabbage (all cooked with no SOS). Had a pear for my mid afternoon snack and chicken from Tru Fitness with salad and cheery tomatoes for dinner (post work out). Also did Circuit Training with Equipment at the Gym for one hour which I will post separately.
