My morning weight on Monday 14.08.17 on my scales 69.6kg/38.9% Fat. My meals as follows:
My morning coffee. I had another cup after lunch.
Lunch is steamed chicken, boiled potatoes, salad and cherry tomatoes
Dinner is popia and salad plus veggie juice.
I bought this 2L tumbler to see how much water I drink throughout the day. As you can see by end of the day, I still had about 300ml balance. Will try again today and see if I can finish the 2L in the office. Do you guys know how much water our body needs in a day?
