Meals on Thursday, 17.08.2017.
Breakfast, bread and veggie juice with fruits for morning snacks. Lunch is air fried chicken and potatoes plus salad and cherry tomatoes. I added big onions also when air frying the chicken and potatoes. Potatoes I pre boil earlier so it cooks nicely in the airfrier and faster. Dinner is also air fried chicken from lunch plus veggie juice.
