#Progress

Motivation Monday. Left picture taken on 30.07.2017 with 41% body fat. This was my actual first day starting back on my fitness and healthy eating regime after nearly 3 months rest. Right picture is about 38% body fat taken yesterday 24.09.2017. Weight wise, gone down from 72kg to 68kg. So was it hard? Yes definitely. I find that the nutrition part is the hardest. Not because I don’t know what to eat but because I could not control my cravings. Progress is really slow due to this. By the way left picture I am wearing Female Size L and right picture I am wearing Male Size S. The struggle is real people!!
