This was my lunch today. Airfried chicken and potatoes plus steam veggies. This is my dinner. Air fried chicken with cabbage. Cabbage cooked with few piecies of ‘udang karing’ for taste. Confession: My meals have been really bad for past month now. With less training this month and more calories intake…. (you do the maths)….
