Breakfast as usual, 2 slice of Multiseed GI Bread and veggie juice Green tea and orange for mid morning snack   Lunch was steam chicken from SCR and veggie juice. Again had one orange before heading for DG Training. Dinner was left over steam chicken from lunch plus veggie juice.

My meals for today. Breakfast   Morning Snack Lunch Dinner I also had chicken from ‘Ayam Penyet’ (no rice) before movie this evening. But spoiled it with honey roasted cashew nuts during movie.

Snacking is allowed and encouraged so you will not become hungry in between meals. Of course what you snack on must be healthy. Examples are fruits. But make sure you don’t consume too much. Although fruits are considered healthy, too much of anything is not. My mid-morning snack. I ate only half of the pineapples…
